    Why buy from us

    Overview

Tronxy Veho 500A is a professional, large-format FDM 3D printer with a huge 500 × 500 × 500 mm build volume. Thanks to its CoreXY design, Klipper, and fully enclosed metal chamber, it handles fast, stable, and repeatable printing of prototypes, functional parts, and large cosplay models.

    Why the Veho 500A

    • Movement speed of up to 300 mm/s and Klipper for fast and smooth printing of large objects.
    • Precise mechanics: CoreXY, linear rails on the axes, and four Z ball screws for evenly lifting the bed.
    • Fully enclosed sheet-metal chamber for stable thermal conditions and higher-quality prints from engineering materials.
    • AC heated bed with standard tempered glass (optionally PEI spring steel or PVC film).
    • Direct-drive extruder and ceramic-heated print head for fast heating and reliable feeding.

    Key Features

    • Large 500 × 500 × 500 mm build volume for large parts without splitting.
    • Up to 300 mm/s (Klipper), OrcaSlicer recommended; also compatible with PrusaSlicer and Cura.
    • CoreXY with linear guides for smooth and precise movement.
    • 4× Z ball screws for stable and precise platform lifting.
    • Automatic mechanical XY belt tensioning.
    • Filament runout detection and recovery after replacement.
    • Built-in LED lighting for print monitoring.
    • LAN/Ethernet and USB connectivity, remote network control (Klipper).

    Recommended Use

    • Prototyping of large parts, functional components, jigs, architectural models, decorations, and cosplay props.
    • Materials: PLA, TPU, ABS, PC, HIPS, and other common thermoplastics according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

    Technical Highlights

    • Ceramic hotend heating and a maximum nozzle temperature of up to 300 °C for a wide range of materials.
    • Positioning accuracy of up to 0.00625 mm on XY and 0.00125 mm on Z for fine details and smooth walls.
    • OSG metal guides on the axes for long service life and smooth operation.
Note: The manufacturer specifies a standard 0.6 mm nozzle with compatibility for 0.4–2.0 mm. For maximum productivity with large parts, we recommend 0.8–1.0 mm and thicker layers.

    Packaging and Installation

The Veho 500A is delivered as a fully assembled unit with a metal enclosure; after unpacking, simply connect it, perform the basic setup in Klipper, and you can start printing.
