Prusament Resin Flex80 White is a high-quality white flexible resin for SLA/MSLA 3D printing. It offers a hardness of approximately 80 Shore A, high durability, and a rubber-like character in printed parts. It is suitable for functional prototypes, flexible parts, RC model tires, figurines, and anatomical and educational models.

Prusament Resin Flex80 White is a flexible photopolymer resin designed for producing detailed, soft, and simultaneously durable parts. After proper curing, it reaches a hardness of approximately 80 Shore A, so its properties resemble those of a car tire, firmer leather, or a rubber sole.
The resin combines flexibility, strength, and a high level of detail. It is therefore suitable not only for hobby models, but also for rapid prototyping and producing functional components that must withstand bending, compression, or impacts.
Prusament Resin Flex80 White is ideal for:
The material has been optimized especially for the Original Prusa SL1S SPEED, but it can also be processed on most other SLA/MSLA 3D printers with a suitable wavelength. For the best results, we recommend using the prepared material profile in PrusaSlicer.
For the white variant, at a layer height of 0,05 mm, the recommended exposure time is approximately 6,5 seconds on the Original Prusa SL1 and 3 seconds on the Original Prusa SL1S SPEED. Actual values may depend on the specific printer, display condition, temperature, and model geometry.
For large or complex models, it is advisable to use stronger supports, a higher support density, and a profile intended for higher-viscosity materials.
After 60 minutes of additional curing in the CW1S unit, test specimens achieve approximately 17 MPa tensile modulus, 9 MPa tensile strength, and 60% elongation. The duration and method of curing affect the final hardness, flexibility, and strength of the model.
Uncured resin may irritate the skin and eyes and may cause an allergic reaction. Always use protective gloves and eye protection when working, avoid contact with the skin, and work in a well-ventilated area. Liquid resin and materials contaminated with it must not be disposed of in regular waste or down the drain. Read the manufacturer's safety instructions before use.
