Key features of the Prusa Pro HT90 high-flow print head

    • Quick swap: Magnetic mounting and connector allow easy and fast replacement of the entire print head
    • Integrated extruder: Advanced dual-gear extruder ensures reliable and efficient filament feeding
    • Optimized for high flow: Ideal for fast, high-quality printing of large objects
    • Lightweight design: Minimizes load on the print head and increases printing precision
    • Wide material compatibility: Suitable for printing materials with a melting temperature up to 300 °C including ASA, ABS, PC, PA, Flex, PP, PLA, and PETG
    • E3D Revo system: Allows nozzle changes in seconds

    Innovative cooling system

The print head uses an ultra-fast flap for precise directing of cooling air to the print. This system significantly improves the mechanical properties of prints by targeting cooling only where needed. Air is supplied via a dedicated duct directly to the head and is used to cool both the hotend and the print.

    Nozzle and compatibility

It comes standard with a 0.4 mm brass Revo nozzle. The head is compatible with a wide selection of E3D Revo system nozzles, allowing flexible adaptation to different printing needs. For printing with abrasive materials, it is recommended to use the more durable Revo ObXidian nozzle.

    Identification and use

The high-flow print head can be easily identified by the blue stripe. It is an ideal choice for rapid prototyping and printing large objects from common materials. For printing more demanding high-temperature materials such as PEEK or PEI, a dedicated high-temperature print head is intended.
