The Prusa HT90 satin print sheet is an original spring steel sheet for the Prusa Pro HT90 industrial 3D printer, designed specifically for printing high-temperature technical polymers. The powder-coated surface layer resists long-term exposure to high temperatures above 100 °C and is optimized for materials such as PEEK, PEEK‑CF/GF, PEKK, PEI (Ultem), PPSU, PSU, PES and other high-performance polymers.

Unlike standard PEI sheets, this sheet is primarily intended for high-temp materials and, in combination with a heated chamber and a high-quality release agent (e.g., Magigoo HT), provides excellent adhesion during printing and easy removal of the part after cooling.

• highly resistant components from PEKK, PEKK‑CF

For all these materials, it is recommended to use a suitable release / adhesive agent (e.g., Magigoo HT) applied in a thin, even layer, which:

• increases adhesion during printing,
• facilitates separation of the print after cooling,
• protects the sheet surface from local stripping of the coating.

Warning: This sheet is not suitable for standard low-temperature materials such as PLA, PETG, etc. When printing these plastics, inappropriate adhesion and poorer surface quality may occur.

Maintenance and cleaning instructions

To ensure the sheet retains its properties for as long as possible, it is important to follow the recommended care:

• Do not use IPA, acetone or other alcohol-based agents! They can permanently damage the surface layer.
• For cleaning, use lukewarm water with a mild detergent, then rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
• Before printing, check that the surface is clean, free of adhesive residue, grease and dust.
• When using spatulas and other tools, proceed with caution – the textured surface partially masks small scratches, but deeper gouges can affect the appearance of the bottom side of prints.

Not intended for other Prusa printer models (MK3/MK4, MINI, XL, Core One, etc.) which use different dimensions and types of print sheets.
