Large-format CoreXY printer for demanding projects

Prusa CORE One L+ provides a build volume of 300 × 300 × 330 mm, allowing you to produce large prototypes, functional parts, fixtures, and design models in one piece. You do not need to unnecessarily split, glue, or further modify models. The robust enclosed construction and CoreXY kinematics are designed for precise, fast, and repeatable printing in workshops, development facilities, schools, and small-scale production environments.

Active chamber with temperatures up to 60 °C

Convection heating distributes heat evenly throughout the chamber and helps reduce warping of large parts. The massive all-aluminum AC heatbed uses dual-loop heating for a stable temperature across the entire build surface. This allows you to reliably use the entire available space, including the corners of the heatbed.

The enclosed chamber is suitable for both standard and technical materials. The printer supports, for example, PLA, PETG, Flex, PVA, PC, PP, CPE, and PVB. For materials such as ABS, ASA, HIPS, or PA, the manufacturer recommends adding an advanced filtration system.

New features of the CORE One L+ version

The updated L+ version adds practical improvements focused on surface quality and everyday operation:

• integrated nozzle cleaner removes filament residue before printing begins,
• new GT1.5 belts help suppress visible periodic artifacts on smooth surfaces,
• updated firmware simplifies everyday workflows,
• the printer is ready for expansion with the INDX system for fast multicolor and multi-material printing.

Nextruder and automatic first layer

The direct-drive Nextruder with a 10:1 planetary gearbox ensures precise filament dosing. The highly sensitive Load Cell sensor measures the build surface directly with the nozzle and automatically sets the first layer. Manual Z-offset adjustment is no longer necessary, and the printer can compensate for any deviations only in the area where printing will actually take place.

The all-metal hotend supports nozzle temperatures of up to 290 °C. The optional HT Hotend raises the limit to 400 °C and enables processing of advanced technical polymers. The tool-free system also makes rapid nozzle replacement easier.

Print quality at high performance

Input Shaper technology limits vibrations during fast movements and helps preserve sharp details. The Phase Stepping function optimizes stepper motor operation and contributes to smoother surfaces and quieter operation. The integrated accelerometer enables precise factory calibration of the motion system.

Remote control and integrated camera

The printer can be connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet and managed using the Prusa Connect and Prusa App ecosystem. It includes a removable 1080p camera with night vision, which enables monitoring of the printing process and creating time-lapse recordings.

For environments with increased security requirements, the Wi-Fi module can be physically removed and the printer operated completely offline using a USB drive or local network.

Ready to print

The Prusa CORE One L+ is delivered assembled, factory-calibrated, and tested. After unpacking, simply attach the display, select a language, and prepare the first job. The color touchscreen and clear user interface make operation easy for beginners, while the advanced features meet the requirements of professional users.
