Prusa CORE One+ (Gen 2) is a fully assembled FFF 3D printer designed for fast and precise production of prototypes, functional parts, and decorative models. Thanks to its rigid steel construction, CoreXY kinematics, and Input Shaper and PhaseStepping technologies, it delivers smooth high-speed printing while maintaining clean details and precise dimensions.

The assembled version is suitable for beginners, companies, schools, and experienced users. After unpacking, simply attach the display, connect the printer, and start automatic calibration. You can begin your first print in approximately 10 minutes.

What the Second Generation Brings

CORE One+ (Gen 2) builds on the proven CORE One platform with practical design improvements:

• GT1.5 belts reduce the visibility of fine repeating patterns on smooth surfaces,
• the redesigned heated bed mounting shortens preparation before printing,
• the integrated silicone nozzle wiper helps ensure a clean start to printing,
• the removable top panel provides easier access during maintenance,
• the automatic ventilation grille adjusts airflow according to the selected material,
• the redesigned filament path makes loading flexible materials easier.

Enclosed Chamber for Technical Materials

The actively controlled chamber reaches temperatures of up to 55 °C. A stable environment reduces warping and cracking of larger parts, which is especially useful when printing with ASA, ABS, PC, or PA materials. When working with PLA and PETG, the printer automatically adjusts ventilation to prevent unwanted overheating of the chamber.

The 250 × 220 × 270 mm build volume provides sufficient space for practical parts and tall models, while the compact enclosed design saves space on your workbench.

Precise Nextruder and Automatic First Layer

The direct-drive Nextruder, with a 10:1 planetary gearbox and Load Cell sensor, measures pressure directly at the nozzle. The printer therefore automatically measures the print surface and sets a precise first layer without manual adjustment.

It includes a high-flow brass Prusa Nozzle CHT 0,4 mm and efficient 360° print cooling. The quick-change system also makes it easy to use supported nozzles with diameters from 0,25 to 0,8 mm.

Connectivity and Remote Management

Print files can be transferred via USB, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi. Integration with Prusa Connect and the Prusa mobile app makes it easy to send files remotely, monitor jobs, and manage a single printer or an entire print farm. The camera is not included in the basic configuration, but it can be added as an accessory for remote print monitoring.

Ready for Multicolor and Multi-Material Printing

The printer can later be expanded with systems for automatic material switching:

• MMU3 for working with up to five filaments,
• INDX for printing with up to eight colors or materials.

This allows CORE One+ to grow together with your requirements, from simple single-color printing to complex multi-material projects.
