Water-washable resin Prof. Lab Resin Water Washable White is specially developed for SLA/LCD 3D printers (405 nm) and users who want maximum print quality combined with comfortable cleaning without IPA. Thanks to its white, opaque color, it is great for prototypes, figurines, architectural models, and parts intended for painting.

Printing Recommendations

Specific values may vary depending on the printer, layer height, and conditions – always perform a test calibration print.

• Exposure time (classic monochrome display):
  • regular layers: approximately 2–3,5 s
  • bottom layers: 20–35 s (4–8 layers)
• Ambient temperature: 20–28 °C for stable results

Post-processing

1. Rinse after printing – rinse the freshly printed model in clean water (ideally in a dedicated container or wash station for resin models).
2. Water change – change the water regularly; do not leave settled resin in it for long periods.
3. Drying and final cleaning – after the rough rinse, you can perform a second short rinse in clean water for a better surface.
4. Air drying – let the model drip and dry completely.
5. Post-curing – cure in a UV chamber or under UV light depending on the size of the model (usually 5–15 minutes).

Do not pour used water down the drain. Leave it in the light so that the dispersed resin cures, and then dispose of it according to local legislation as plastic waste.

• Work in a well-ventilated area and prevent contact with skin and eyes.
• Store in a dark place at room temperature, out of reach of children and pets.
