Bring pellet printing speed to production

The Piocreat G5 Ultra is a desktop FGF (Fused Granulate Fabrication) pellet 3D printer that uses low-cost thermoplastic pellets instead of filament—with typical material savings up to 10× and production speed up to 10× compared to conventional FFF. A 500×500×400 mm build volume, nozzle up to 420 °C, and flow up to 0.8 kg/h mean you can make prototypes and end-use parts quickly, affordably, and sustainably.

    • A screw extruder with split heating zones handles 2–5 mm pellets and interchangeable 0.4–2.0 mm nozzles (optionally up to 3.0 mm)—ideal for high flow rates and filled composites.
    • Print speed up to 220 mm/s with 0.8 kg/h flow dramatically shortens lead times; some official listings state a maximum speed of up to 260 mm/s.
    • 3 L hopper with level sensor replenishes material in time; printing resumes seamlessly after refilling.

Stable first layer and effortless part release

    • Intelligent Laser Ranging (non-contact laser auto-leveling) accelerates calibration and improves accuracy.
    • Removable magnetic PEI spring steel build plate for quick, tool-free part removal.

    Open material choice including recyclate

Thanks to a nozzle temperature up to 420 °C and a heated bed up to 120 °C, the G5 Ultra handles a wide range of polymers and composites: PLA/rPLA, PETG‑GF, ABS, PS/GPPS, PP‑GF, PC‑CF, PA‑CF, etc. It also supports recycled pellets or regrind (with proper sizing), allowing you to reduce costs and carbon footprint.

    Modern control and integration

    • The new Klipper firmware offers network upload, monitoring, and other advanced features; connectivity via USB (U‑disk) and Wi‑Fi.
    • Compatible with Piocreat Slicer, Cura, and Simplify3D; STL/OBJ/AMF formats.
    • Partnership with Helio Additive: optional Dragon software for error prediction and improved process quality.

    Proven ergonomics and robust construction

Dual Z‑axis with tie rods and an all-metal frame ensure stability at high flow rates. The machine measures 765×890×1040 mm and weighs around 42 kg, fitting workshops and labs while keeping up with industrial pace.

Note on specifications: The official G5 Ultra product page lists a nozzle up to 420 °C and print speed up to 220 mm/s, while the official store listing SOMETIMES states <400 °C and a “maximum” of 260 mm/s. We specify a conservative 420 °C / 220 mm/s per the main datasheet and add that 260 mm/s is a stated maximum.

    Key benefits for you

    • Material up to 10× cheaper than filament and production up to 10× faster.
    • Large 500×500×400 mm volume for parts, fixtures, and small batches.
    • Broader material compatibility including filled composites and recyclate.
    • Stable production: laser auto-leveling, PEI plate, level sensor, and recovery after material refill.
    • Modern workflow: Klipper, Wi‑Fi, standard formats and slicers.

    Key features:
Huge 500×500×400 mm build volume for prototypes, tooling, and small series
