    Piocreat Pellet G12 – large-format FGF pellet 3D printer

The Piocreat G12 pushes large-volume printing to an industrial level: it builds from plastic granules (pellets) using screw extrusion, so you print faster and significantly cheaper than with filaments – ideal for molds, jigs, sculptures, furniture, architecture, or small-batch production. The build volume is an impressive 1200 × 1000 × 1000 mm.

    Why choose the G12

    • FGF screw extrusion with consistent material flow and high reliability. Throughput up to 3 kg/h shortens lead times.
    • High-temperature printing: nozzle up to 450 °C, heated bed up to 130 °C – broad material compatibility including composites.
    • Enclosed chamber with ~60 °C control for better layer adhesion and minimized warping on large parts.
    • BLTouch automatic leveling and print recovery after power loss increase production yield.
    • Flexible nozzles and layers: nozzle diameter 0,6–4,0 mm (optionally up to 6,0 mm), layer height 0,2–1,5 mm – from detail to rapid drafts.

    Compatible materials

Print directly from common pellets: PLA, PETG, ABS, PC, TPU, PVC and a range of composites (e.g., PC+ABS, PA/PP+GF, ABS/PC+CF, PLA/PA+CF). Lower input costs and the option to use recyclate.

    Software and workflow

The G12 supports STL/OBJ/AMF/3DMF formats and convenient transfer via USB/card. For preparation, use Piocreat Slicer; the device is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux.

    Typical applications

    • Molds and jigs for manufacturing
    • Sculpture, art, furniture design
    • 1:1 scale prototypes, parts for automotive and industry
