Professional ultrasonic cleaner for post-processing resin 3D prints and dental models. The CD‑X3 offers a 3 L SUS304 stainless steel tank, high cleaning power of 120 W at 40 kHz, 100 W heating, and an intelligent 360° Degas mode for fast and gentle removal of resin residues even from hard-to-reach areas. Touch controls with LED display and a timer up to 480 minutes streamline daily operation in dentistry as well as SLA/DLP/LCD printing.
PioCreat CD‑X3 is a top-tier, easy-to-use ultrasonic cleaner designed for efficient washing of dental tools and models as well as resin 3D prints. It combines a 40 kHz ultrasonic system (120 W) with 100 W heating and a highly durable SUS304 stainless steel tank. The 360° Degas mode increases cavitation efficiency and helps quickly degas the cleaning medium (e.g., alcohol), allowing it to better penetrate gaps and cavities. A timer up to 480 minutes and touch controls with LED display make both long and short cycles easy without constant supervision.
Tip: For deeper cleaning, you can use an alcohol-based cleaning medium (e.g., IPA/ethanol) – the Degas mode helps quickly remove dissolved gas from the liquid and increase cavitation efficiency. Always follow safety guidelines for working with flammable liquids.
If you need to pair the cleaner with UV curing, PioCreat offers a separate UV02 curing unit (not included with the CD‑X3).
