Pigment Filter for CW1/S

This special filter was developed for use in the Prusa CW1/S wash and cure station. Its main purpose is to remove color pigment and filler from isopropyl alcohol (IPA), which is used to rinse resin 3D-printed models.

• Pleated cellulose filter with 12 double-sided cut ribs

Use and installation:

• The filter is inserted into a special holder that needs to be printed (3D model available on Printables)
• Compatible with CW1/S firmware version 3.3.0 and newer
• An IPA filtering mode (40 minutes) can be activated in the CW1/S menu

Recommendations:

For optimal performance, update CW1/S firmware to at least version 3.3.0. This version includes a dedicated mode for IPA filtering.

Disposal of used filter:

Before discarding, cure the used filter in the CW1/S device for at least 20 minutes.

Warning: The filter does not increase the effectiveness of IPA in removing resin from the model. Its main purpose is pigment cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of subsequent prints.
