Quality nozzle suitable for printing with 1.75 mm filament.

The nozzle is the part of the print head (extruder) that determines how detailed your print will be. Using a nozzle with a smaller opening achieves finer prints, but the overall print time increases significantly. The most commonly used nozzle diameter is 0.4 mm.

A brass nozzle has excellent thermal conductivity and good mechanical properties, making it suitable for most types of thermoplastic materials (ABS, PLA, ASA, PET, PC, Nylon, ...). Only when using highly abrasive materials (plastic with metal fiber additives, glitter, metal-filled materials, etc.) do we recommend using a steel nozzle.

After screwing the nozzle onto the hotend, we recommend heating the print head to operating temperature (approximately 230 °C) and tightening the nozzle while hot to prevent leaks.
