JAYO PLA Wood / wood 1.1 kg creates prints with a natural wood appearance. The PLA blend contains 15 % real wood fibers. It is suitable for models and decorations where the material’s appearance is an important part of the result.

What the material offers

• 1.1 kg of filament, which is 100 g more material than on a standard 1kg spool.
• 1.75 mm diameter with a manufacturer-stated tolerance of +/- 0.02 mm.
• 15 % real wood fibers for a wood-like surface.
• Option for further finishing by staining or polishing the printed surface.

Recommended print settings

The manufacturer specifies the following starting values:

• nozzle temperature 200-220 °C,
• build plate temperature 50-65 °C,
• print speed 50-100 mm/s.

Fine-tune the specific profile according to your printer, nozzle, and model geometry.
