€26.24€14.31
Photochromic PLA filament from HELLO3D: white/natural indoors, changes to a rich blue in an instant in the sun or under UV light, and turns white again when returned to the shade. Easy to print like standard PLA (nozzle 190–220 °C), accuracy ±0.02 mm, 1 kg spool.
Filament with UV photochromic effect for original, interactive 3D prints. In its basic state, it is white (natural); when exposed to solar/UV radiation, it quickly colors to blue and returns back after the UV component recedes. The "PLA Light Change" series is officially in the HELLO3D manufacturer's offer, the "White_To_Blue" variant is commonly available at retailers.
How it works
Special photochromic additives in the PLA react to UV light – the color changes and the effect is reversible. At the same time, it prints just as easily as standard PLA.
