This original hardened steel nozzle set is designed specifically for the Sovol SV08 MAX and Sovol Zero 3D printers. It contains the five most commonly used nozzle diameters to cover both detailed models and fast, durable technical prints.

The package includes a total of 5 nozzles:

• 1× 0,2 mm nozzle – for very fine details and small models
• 1× 0,4 mm nozzle – standard universal size for most prints

Material and Compatibility

The nozzles are made of hardened steel, which significantly increases their resistance to abrasion. Compared to brass nozzles, they last many times longer when printing:

• glow-in-the-dark (luminous)
• metal- or wood-filled filaments and other abrasive mixtures

The nozzles are intended for hotends compatible with the Sovol SV08 MAX / Sovol Zero system (MK8 / M6 type thread depending on the printer construction). They are fully suitable for printing common materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU as well as technical and composite filaments.

Recommended Use by Nozzle Diameter

  • slightly increasing the nozzle temperature compared to brass due to different heat conduction
  • regularly checking flow and possible clogging
