Flashforge Guider 3 Ultra – Industrial CoreXY 3D printer with giant volume
Flashforge Guider 3 Ultra is a powerful professional 3D printer designed for
fast and reliable production of functional parts. It combines
CoreXY kinematics,
dual extruders and an ultra-large volume of
330 × 330 × 600 mm (with single extruder), so it easily handles tall models, larger assemblies and serial production.
An enclosed chamber, heated flexible bed and high-temperature extruder up to
350 °C allow for printing a wide range of technical materials including
ABS, ASA, PC, nylon and composites with carbon or glass fiber.
Key advantages for professional use
- Huge build volume 330 × 330 × 600 mm (single) / 300 × 330 × 600 mm (dual)
- CoreXY construction for high speed and precision
- Up to 500 mm/s print speed and 20,000 mm/s² acceleration
- Dual extruders – dual material, soluble supports, model/support combination
- High-temperature hotend 350 °C and heated flexible bed
- HEPA 13 filter and enclosed chamber for safer and cleaner operation
- Fully automatic bed leveling (one-click leveling)
- Power loss recovery and filament run-out sensor
- Automatic shutdown after print completion
- Integrated camera, Wi-Fi, LAN and cloud – remote monitoring and printer management
High speed and precision thanks to CoreXY
Guider 3 Ultra utilizes
CoreXY mechanics, which allows for
fast and stable movement in X/Y axes without losing print quality. Combination of:
- print speed 10–500 mm/s,
- max. acceleration 20,000 mm/s²,
- and precise axis guidance with screws and linear guides
ensures
fine details and smooth surfaces even for tall models, while significantly shortening production times.
Dual extruder for complex models and soluble supports
A pair of extruders allows for:
- printing two materials (e.g. model + soluble supports),
- combination of hard and flexible material,
- combination of standard and composite material,
- faster printing with optimized supports and raft.
When using dual extruders, a volume of
300 × 330 × 600 mm is available, which is still plenty of space for large technical parts, models and assemblies.
Wide support for technical filaments
Thanks to the enclosed chamber, heated bed and hotend up to 350 °C, Guider 3 Ultra is suitable for
demanding industrial materials:
- Standard plastics: PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, HIPS
- Technical and high-temperature: PC, CoPA, selected PA/nylons
- Fiber composites: PLA-CF, PETG-CF, PETG-GF, PA-CF, PA-GF, PAHT-CF, PAHT-GF, PET-CF, PET-GF, PA12-CF, NexPA-CF25
The printer is thus a great choice for
functional parts, jigs, fixtures, mounts, mounting jigs, housings, covers, spare parts and small-batch production.
Quality print bed and fully automatic leveling
Guider 3 Ultra is equipped with a
flexible steel print bed with magnetic attachment. The bed is heated, adjustable up to high temperatures (for technical materials) and significantly simplifies the removal of prints – just bend it.
Fully automatic bed leveling (full-auto leveling) takes place with one click, which saves time and minimizes error rate during print preparation.
Safe and comfortable operation
For corporate, school and home professional environments, safety and comfort are important:
- HEPA 13 filter for capturing particles and odors from the enclosed chamber
- Automatic shutdown after print completion – energy-efficient and safe
- Power loss recovery – protection against losing long prints
- Filament sensor – the printer itself stops printing when material runs out
Connection, monitoring and printer management
Guider 3 Ultra supports
USB flash drive, Ethernet and Wi-Fi, including
cloud printing and
remote management. Integrated
camera allows monitoring the print in real time and creating timelapse recordings.
The printer works with the modern slicer
OrcaSlicer (Orca-Flashforge) and
FlashPrint 5, but also supports other common tools. Control is via a
7" touchscreen display with a clear interface.
Typical use
- Industrial and engineering sector – functional parts, jigs, tools, covers, mounts
- Manufacturing and 3D printing farms – 24/7 production of end-use parts and prototypes
- Architecture and design – large-format models, prototypes, artistic objects
- Schools and universities – teaching aids, research projects, demonstration models
- Healthcare and dental applications (depending on material type) – anatomical models, aids
