Flexible TPU for reliable 3D printing

Filament PM TPU96 in white combines high elasticity with good dimensional stability. Thanks to Shore hardness 96A, it’s a great choice for parts that need to bend, absorb shocks, and still hold their shape – for example protective covers, sleeves, grommets, vibration dampers, RC model parts, or seals. The print surface is glossy and smooth.

    Why TPU96

    • Shore hardness 96A – balanced flexibility and strength for practical functional parts.
    • Excellent adhesion to common print beds and stable printing.
    • High elongation (more than 5× before break) and the ability to absorb impacts and vibrations.
    • Higher heat resistance – Vicat softening temperature 128 °C.
    • Precise diameter tolerance ±0.05 mm for consistent feeding.

    Recommended print settings

    • Nozzle: 230–250 °C (manufacturer’s recommendation: 245 °C)
    • Bed: 40–60 °C (manufacturer’s recommendation: 50 °C)
    • Maximum print speed: up to 35 mm/s
    • Infill percentage affects the final stiffness/flexibility of the part

These settings are based on the manufacturer’s recommendations and will help you get started quickly with repeatable results.

    Tips for best results

TPU tends to absorb moisture. To maintain top print quality, store the material dry and, if needed, dry it before printing (e.g., 45–50 °C for 4–6 hours).

    Ecology and material origin

Spools are made from 100% recycled material and can be returned within the “Recycle with PM” program. Filament PM is a long-standing Czech manufacturer from Haná with a focus on sustainable production.
