Flexible filament for fast 3D printing

ELEGOO Rapid TPU 95A White is a flexible filament designed for more efficient printing of durable and flexible components. The optimized Rapid formulation enables printing up to 3× faster than standard TPU 95A, without the material losing its elasticity, toughness, or ability to absorb impacts.

The hardness of 95 Shore A offers a practical balance between flexibility and dimensional stability. Printed parts can be repeatedly bent, compressed, or stretched while retaining their original shape. The pure white color is suitable for technical products, consumer accessories, and designer models.

High durability for functional components

Rapid TPU 95A excels in resistance to impact, abrasion, and everyday mechanical stress. It is therefore suitable for manufacturing parts that need to dampen vibrations, flex, or safely protect other components.

Optimized for higher speed

Unlike common soft filaments, ELEGOO Rapid TPU 95A is adapted for faster feeding and more stable extrusion. The resulting speed depends on the extruder design, nozzle diameter, model geometry, and flow settings. For the best results, an extruder with a short and well-guided filament path is recommended.

Printing recommendations

TPU is a hygroscopic material and can therefore absorb moisture from the air. Store the spool in a sealed package with desiccant. If cracking in the nozzle, bubbles, excessive stringing, or an uneven surface occurs during printing, we recommend drying the filament before use.

Compatibility

The filament is intended for FDM/FFF 3D printers using 1,75 mm diameter filament. It is compatible with most standard FDM printers that can reliably feed flexible materials and reach the required nozzle temperature.
