Reliably dry filament for higher-quality 3D printing

ELEGOO H1 HT helps remove moisture from filament before and during printing. This helps limit material cracking, stringing, uneven extrusion, rough surfaces, and insufficient layer bonding. With a maximum temperature of 85 °C, it is suitable not only for PLA and PETG, but also for hygroscopic technical materials such as PA, PC, PVA, and PAHT-CF.

Even drying of the entire spool

During drying, the spool rotates automatically, ensuring that the filament is exposed to warm air evenly around its entire circumference. The adjustable temperature of 45–85 °C and operating time from 0.5 to 12 hours allow drying to be tailored to the specific material type.

Active moisture removal

A pair of automatic ventilation openings removes humid air from the drying chamber during operation. Once the program is complete, the openings close to help limit the filament’s reabsorption of moisture from the air.

11 profiles and touchscreen control

On the clear 3.5″ color touchscreen, you can monitor the current temperature and relative humidity. 11 preset profiles are available for the following materials:

• PLA
• PETG
• TPU
• ABS
• ASA
• PET
• PP
• PC
• PA
• PAHT-CF
• PVA

For other materials, the temperature and drying time can also be set manually.

Print directly from the dryer

Filament can be fed directly from the enclosed box into an FDM 3D printer using the included PTFE tube. A separate outlet with a straighter path is designed for flexible TPU and fiber-reinforced filaments, helping to reduce feed resistance.

Universal compatibility

ELEGOO H1 HT is not locked into one manufacturer’s ecosystem. It can be used with virtually any FDM 3D printer and standard spools with a width of 50–68 mm and a diameter of 197–202 mm.

Safe operation

Integrated safety features continuously monitor the device status. The dryer offers:

• overheating protection,
• open-lid detection,
• fan fault detection,
• audible fault warning,
• an inner shell with a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
