E3D Revo High Flow 0.6 mm nozzle for the E3D RapidChange Revo system allows significantly higher material flow without the need to change mounts or cooling. Thanks to optimized internal geometry, it ensures faster printing, more stable temperature and consistent extrusion, while remaining fully compatible with existing Revo hotends (Revo Six, Revo Micro, Revo Voron, Revo CR, Hemera XS, Revo Prusa etc.). Ideal for large, robust parts, prototypes and rapid production.

E3D Revo High Flow nozzle 0.6 mm

E3D Revo High Flow 0.6 mm is a high-flow nozzle for the E3D RapidChange Revo system, which allows for significantly faster printing while maintaining the same external geometry as standard Revo nozzles. Thanks to a specially optimized internal channel, it increases heat transfer to the filaments, allowing for higher volumetric flow and more stable extrusion.

    Main benefits

    • Higher flow rate with the same format The internal geometry of the nozzle is designed to increase the surface area for heat transfer to the filament. This allows for significantly higher volumetric flow (e.g., for a 0.6mm nozzle, an increase of up to tens of percent compared to a standard Revo 0.6 mm) without having to change the hotend mount or cooling parts.
    • Fast replacement without tools Like all Revo nozzles, the High Flow nozzle is pre-assembled as a complete nozzle+heatbreak module. Replacement is a matter of seconds without hot tightening of threads – just unscrew the old nozzle and screw in the new one.
    • Compatibility with the Revo ecosystem Fully compatible with hotends E3D Revo Six, Revo Micro, Revo Voron, Revo CR, Revo Hemera XS, Revo Prusa MK3, Revo Prusa Mini, Revo MicroSwiss NG, Revo Biqu H2 V2 and other hotends using standard Revo nozzles.
    • Ideal for fast printing of large parts The 0.6 mm diameter is a great compromise between speed and surface quality. It allows for higher layer heights and faster infills, while still providing good detail for functional parts, prototypes, and high-volume printing.
    • Without mount or printer profile modifications Unlike older high-flow solutions (Volcano, SuperVolcano), Revo High Flow maintains the same length and shape as standard Revo nozzles. You don't have to change the distance from the bed, duct design, or fan mounts.

    Typical use

    • Fast printing of large technical parts and covers
    • Prototyping and small-series production where time saving is important
    • Printing from common materials PLA, PETG, ASA/ABS, TPU and other standard filaments
    • Suitable for users who want to speed up printing without complex hardware modifications to the printer

To maximize the potential of High Flow nozzles, it is recommended to increase the maximum volumetric flow in the slicer and potentially use a more powerful 60W HeaterCore when printing materials with higher melting temperatures (e.g., PC, Nylon) and at high speeds.

    Compatibility

    • System: E3D RapidChange Revo
    • Hotends: Revo Micro, Revo Six, Revo Voron, Revo CR, Hemera XS, Revo Prusa MK3, Revo Prusa Mini, Revo MicroSwiss NG, Revo Biqu H2 V2 and others compatible
    • Filament: 1.75 mm
    • Recommended materials: PLA, PETG, ASA/ABS, TPU, some technical plastics depending on hotend capabilities

    Features and construction

    • Optimized internal geometry for higher volumetric flow
    • Maintained external form of standard Revo nozzle – without modifications to mounts and cooling
    • Pre-assembled nozzle + heatbreak module for safe and fast replacement
    • Designed for non-abrasive materials (standard High Flow brass version; for abrasive materials, the Revo ObXidian High Flow series is suitable)

    Package contents

    • E3D Revo High Flow nozzle 0.6 mm (high-flow nozzle for RapidChange Revo system)

    Tips for use

    • In the slicer, increase the volumetric flow limit according to the printer and material capabilities.
    • For a 0.6mm nozzle, you can increase the layer height (e.g., 0.28–0.4 mm) for maximum printing speed.
    • When printing technical materials with higher temperatures and large line widths, consider using a 60W HeaterCore for better temperature stability.
    • Always perform a new first layer calibration (Z-offset) after replacing the nozzle.

    Key features:

    • E3D Revo High Flow nozzle for faster printing with the same form-factor as standard Revo nozzles
    • 0.6 mm diameter – ideal compromise between printing speed and surface quality
    • Optimized internal geometry for higher volumetric flow and more stable extrusion
    • Pre-assembled nozzle + heatbreak module allows safe replacement without hot tightening
