E-HT PLA is a new generation of filament based on the bio raw material polylactide. Thanks to the new formula, your prints will always be perfect.

The material called E-HT PLA offers higher strength and impact resistance compared to standard available PLA filaments. The most important advantage of this material is primarily the modification of the material in terms of extending the crystallization time. When printing a given detail, the material crystallizes 3x faster, thanks to which the surface is smoothed and the print lines are less visible. This also increases its strength. In other words, increasing the crystallization rate improves strength and does not affect the deterioration of adhesion between layers. The layers are perfectly joined to each other, thanks to which we obtain an aesthetic and durable detail. Increased strength is also obtained by heating and crystallizing the given material under conditions recommended by the manufacturer.

Main properties of E-HT PLA material:

• E-HT PLA crystallizes 3x faster compared to, for example, filaments of other well-known brands. Your prints will thus be even more accurate. For beginner users, the E-HT filament is more forgiving of printer setting errors
• E-HT PLA has much higher temperature resistance compared to other PLA-based materials
• it is 100% BIO
• it is not brittle like other PLA materials
• E-HT PLA has 2.5x higher impact resistance compared to, for example, other PLA
• E-HT PLA is 25% more flexible than, for example, EcoLine PLA
• moreover, it offers a unique and phenomenally beautiful range of colors

Recommended printing temperature: 205-220 [°C]
Print bed temperature: 60 [°C]
Print cooling: 70-100 [%]
