Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga: large parts in one piece

For large-format orders, we use the Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga with a build volume of up to 800 × 800 × 1 000 mm (width × depth × height). This means up to 80 × 80 cm on the build plate and 1 meter in height. It is suitable for large prototypes, enclosures, props, and presentation models. We will assess the usable dimensions of a specific print based on its shape, orientation, and the supports required.

Bambu Lab H2S farm: functional parts and series

For individual parts and repeat production, we use a farm of Bambu Lab H2S printers. Each machine offers a build volume of up to 340 × 320 × 340 mm and an actively heated chamber of up to 65 °C for printing technical materials. Multiple machines allow us to divide a series among the printers and produce several orders simultaneously.

How to proceed

1. Send the details and requirements. Upload a 3D model, drawing, or photographs in the form, or add a download link. Specify the number of pieces, intended use, and required deadline. We accept, for example, STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ, PDF, and images.
2. Review the quotation. The price is based on the material, number of pieces, and printing complexity. If you are unsure about the material, we will recommend one based on the part's intended use. Modeling and model modifications are priced separately.
3. Approve the quotation and complete the order. Use the order link for your order. You will select shipping and payment method in the e-shop. We will then manufacture, inspect, and ship the parts.

Don't have a finished 3D model?

You can still send us an inquiry. Attach a drawing, photographs, or a description with dimensions and tell us what the part is intended for. We will assess the manufacturing options and prepare a quotation for the necessary modeling and printing.

Do you already have an approved quotation?

Open your order via the private link in the confirmation email or in the order overview after logging in and continue via the order link.

If we agreed on manual payment through this product, enter the agreed amount in the current currency above and add the order reference. Then add the payment to the cart and complete the order.
