CreatBot PEEK-300 – Industrial 3D Printer for PEEK and High-Temperature Polymers

CreatBot PEEK-300 is a top-tier industrial 3D printer designed specifically for printing high-performance polymers such as PEEK, PEKK, PEI (ULTEM), and PPSU. It combines a 120 °C heated chamber, a dual extruder up to 500 °C, a 200 °C heated bed, and the unique Direct Annealing System (DAS), which directly anneals prints up to 400 °C during the printing process for maximum strength and dimensional stability.

With a large build volume of 300 × 300 × 400 mm, an enclosed design, and high-quality thermal insulation, the PEEK-300 is intended for development, testing, and series production of functional parts in demanding industrial environments – from aerospace and automotive to rail and healthcare.

    Main Advantages and Applications

    • Printing PEEK and other high-performance plastics thanks to extruders up to 500 °C and a 120 °C chamber.
    • Patented Direct Annealing System (DAS) – continuous annealing of the part up to 400 °C directly during printing minimizes internal stress, deformation, and cracking of large technical prints.
    • Large build volume 300 × 300 × 400 mm for bulky functional components and small series.
    • Dual, electronically liftable extruders allow printing material combinations (e.g., PEEK + soluble support).
    • Fully enclosed and heated chamber with triple thermal insulation ensures stable conditions for demanding materials.
    • Highly durable components – motors, linear guides, belts, and electronics sized for long-term operation at high temperatures.
    • Integrated HEPA filter for safer operation in workshops and laboratories.

    Typical Areas of Use

    • Aerospace and space industry – lightweight and durable fixtures, brackets, functional parts
    • Automotive and motorsport – air duct ends, fixtures, components near the engine
    • Healthcare and laboratories – holders, devices, fixtures from medical PEEK (subject to certification of the material used)
    • Industrial automation – fixtures, clamps, parts replacing metal components
    • Material research and development – testing PEEK/PEKK/PEI composites and process parameters

    Key Features

    1. High-Temperature Dual Extruder

    • 2× direct drive extruder with electronic nozzle lift.
    • Max. nozzle temperature up to 500 °C – suitable for PEEK, PEKK, PEI, PPSU, and filled composites.
    • Standard nozzle diameter 0.4 mm (optional 0.3–1.0 mm for fine detail or high-volume printing).
    • Also suitable for standard and engineering materials (PLA, ABS, ASA, PC, PA, PETG, TPU, carbon or glass fiber reinforced composites).

    2. Heated Chamber and DAS System

    • Enclosed and heated print chamber up to 120 °C – eliminates warping and cracking of prints.
    • Direct Annealing System (DAS) – controlled annealing of parts in the range of 0–400 °C directly during printing.
    • Triple thermal insulation for quiet and energy-efficient operation.

    3. Large Build Volume

    • 300 × 300 × 400 mm – sufficient space for large functional parts, fixtures, or multiple pieces at once.
    • In dual printing, the usable volume for two extruders is designed to allow effective use of supports and multiple materials.

    4. Professional Print Platform

    • Bed with max. temperature 200 °C.
    • Construction: aluminum/PCB base with removable surface (carbon/PEEK surface according to distributor configuration).
    • Automatic and manual leveling (BL‑Touch / sensor-based alignment).

    5. Reliability and Safety

    • Filament run-out detection – the printer pauses printing when material runs out.
    • Power-off recovery – safe saving of print data and resumption after power-on.
    • Emergency stop and robust industrial electronics.
    • HEPA filter to reduce particle emissions when printing technical and high-temperature materials.

    6. Control and Software
