Original Creality Unicorn nozzle for fast and precise 3D printing

Creality Unicorn Quick-Swap 0,4 mm is an integrated quick-swap nozzle designed for Creality high-speed 3D printers. The standard 0,4 mm diameter offers an optimal balance between speed, precision and surface quality, making it suitable for everyday printing of functional parts, prototypes and detailed models.

The nozzle and heatbreak form a single unit. This design makes installation easier, reduces the number of connections in the filament path and helps lower the risk of leaks. The enlarged melting chamber enables a flow rate of up to 30 mm³/s and supports print speeds of up to 600 mm/s, depending on the printer, material and settings used.

Durable copper construction

Unicorn Quick-Swap uses a combination of materials optimized for efficient heat transfer and long service life:

• titanium alloy heatbreak limits unwanted heat conduction toward the extruder,
• copper alloy body with high thermal conductivity supports fast and even heating,
• SKD11 hardened steel tip resists wear when printing standard and composite filaments.

The smooth internal channel supports smooth material feeding and stable extrusion. The precise fit of the integrated components also helps prevent molten filament leakage.

Wide material compatibility

The nozzle is designed for 1,75 mm diameter filament and can be used with materials such as:

• PLA and PLA-CF,
• PETG and PET-CF,
• ABS and ASA,
• TPU,
• PP,
• PC,
• PA and PA-CF.

When printing filaments with carbon fibers, we recommend following the material manufacturer's settings. With a 0,4 mm nozzle, it is particularly important to use high-quality, properly dried filament.

Warning: Before ordering for K1 or K1 Max, verify the type of the original hotend. Older versions without an integrated Unicorn nozzle may not be compatible without the appropriate hotend upgrade.
