Creality Thermal Grease is an original thermal paste designed specifically for Creality 3D printers (e.g. Ender‑3 V3, Ender‑3 V3 Plus, K1, K1C). It ensures efficient heat transfer between the heatbreak, hotend block and nozzle, helping to stabilize temperature, prevent heat creep and improve print quality. The paste is electrically non-conductive, non-corrosive, metal-particle free and environmentally friendly.

Creality Thermal Grease – original thermal paste for 3D printers

Creality Thermal Grease is a high-quality thermal paste developed specifically for Creality 3D printers. It is intended for use in the hotend area – between the heatbreak, heater block and nozzle – where it ensures efficient heat transfer and stable operation even during long prints and at higher temperatures.

This paste is ideal for modern FDM printers, including the Ender‑3 V3 / V3 Plus series and CoreXY models K1 / K1C, where proper heat dissipation is key to the reliability and service life of the hotend.

    Key features

    • High thermal conductivity (~12 W/m·K) Ensures efficient heat transfer from the heater block to the nozzle and heatbreak, helping to maintain a more accurate and stable printing temperature.
    • Optimized for Creality 3D printers Designed for use in Creality hotends – especially with Quick‑Swap interchangeable nozzles and enclosed hotend assemblies.
    • Electrically non-conductive and metal-particle free Reduces the risk of short circuits around the heater cartridge and thermistor; safe for use near electronics.
    • Non-corrosive, non-toxic, environmentally friendly The paste does not damage metal parts (copper, aluminium, brass) and meets modern environmental standards (RoHS/REACH).
    • Wide operating temperature range Suitable for common and technical materials – PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, PA and others. Operates reliably within the typical temperature range of 3D printer hotends.
    • Easy application Supplied in a small tube/pack, only a thin continuous layer on the contact surfaces is needed, so one pack is enough for multiple nozzle or hotend replacements.

What Creality Thermal Grease is used for

    • between the heatbreak and heatsink / heater block
    • on the thread or contact surface of the nozzle (depending on the hotend design and manufacturer’s recommendations)
    • for hotend maintenance, nozzle replacement or replacement of the entire hotend assembly

Properly applied thermal paste helps to:

    • reduce heat creep (overheating of filament in the upper part of the heatbreak),
    • improve temperature stability and measurement accuracy,
    • extend the service life of the hotend,
    • reduce the occurrence of nozzle clogs related to inconsistent temperature.

How to use the paste correctly (brief guide)

    1. Turn off and cool down the printer, then disassemble the hotend according to your printer’s manual.
    2. Clean off the old paste and any contamination from the contact surfaces (copper or aluminium block, heatbreak, nozzle).
    3. Apply a very thin layer of Creality Thermal Grease to the surfaces that transfer heat – usually the thread or seating surface of the heatbreak and possibly the nozzle.
    4. Carefully assemble and tighten the components according to the printer manufacturer’s recommendations.
    5. Perform a hotend heat-up and a test print, and if your printer allows it, run PID tuning.

Tip: Thermal paste is only meant to fill microscopic irregularities between metal parts – less is more. Too thick a layer can worsen heat transfer.

Why choose original Creality Thermal Grease

    • Compatibility and proven performance – the paste is tested directly on Creality hotends, so you can rely on correct behaviour in real-world operation.
    • Safety – the electrically non-conductive, metal-particle-free formulation minimizes risks around heater cartridges and sensors.
    • Stable performance – helps maintain nozzle temperature even during long prints, resulting in better surface quality and fewer prints ruined by temperature fluctuations.

Creality Thermal Grease is an ideal choice for all Creality 3D printer users who want to carry out hotend maintenance properly and safely – without improvising with pastes intended for other purposes.
