Fast four-color printing without lengthy switching

Creality SPARKX i8 features an integrated four-channel QuarTeks™ system that guides all four filaments directly into a single print head. A shared filament path shorter than 1 mm enables the color channel to be changed in less than one second and significantly reduces the time and material consumed during color transitions.

Thanks to the single nozzle, there is no need to deal with aligning multiple print heads. Individual colors can therefore transition precisely and create clean boundaries. For suitable models, transition material can be used inside the infill, eliminating the need for a separate purge tower.

High speed and a spacious build area

The printer reaches speeds of up to 500 mm/s and acceleration of up to 10 000 mm/s². Advanced vibration compensation helps reduce ringing and ghosting even during fast print head movements. The 260 × 260 × 255 mm build volume provides ample space for decorations, figurines, prototypes, functional parts, and small-batch production.

Automatic first-layer preparation

The 81-point automatic leveling system, automatic Z-offset setting, and local micro-height compensation prepare the build plate without lengthy manual adjustments. The double-sided gold textured PEI plate is magnetically attached, offers reliable adhesion, and makes it easier to remove finished prints after cooling.

Intelligent print monitoring

The print head uses 13 intelligent sensors to monitor the status of all four filament channels. The system can detect issues such as running out of filament, slipping, or printing without extruded material.

The built-in 720p AI camera, with a frame rate of up to 30 fps and auxiliary lighting, enables remote monitoring, time-lapse recording, and detection of “spaghetti” issues.

Simple operation and quick maintenance

Creality SPARKX i8 is 90% pre-assembled, and its setup is designed to be manageable even for beginners. The quick-release hotend can be removed within seconds, making cleaning, maintenance, and nozzle replacement easier. Operation is handled via a color display with a diagonal of 2.85 inches and a resolution of 640 × 480 pixels.

Cloud, network, and offline printing

The model can be prepared in Creality Print 7 or later on Windows, macOS, or Linux. The printer supports Creality Cloud, remote control via the web and mobile application, local network connectivity, and offline file transfer using a microSD card. Firmware updates can be installed wirelessly via OTA.
