The Creality Falcon metal honeycomb panel is an original work mat designed for Creality Falcon / Falcon2 laser engravers. The honeycomb construction with large openings improves heat and smoke dissipation, increases safety during cutting, and helps achieve clean, sharp cuts without burnt edges.

Main advantages

Why have a honeycomb panel for the Creality Falcon laser

Using a laser engraver without a honeycomb mat significantly increases the risk of:

• damage to the table or base by beam penetration,
• burns and leaving scorched marks on the back of the cut,
• accumulation of smoke and soot under the material,
• ignition of small scraps or dust.

The Creality Falcon honeycomb panel reduces these risks thanks to better airflow and mechanical protection, so you can cut thicker materials more safely and with a cleaner result.

Recommendations for use

• Place the panel on a flat, non-flammable base and place the supplied aluminum plate underneath it.
• When cutting wood or paper, always use air assist and suitable smoke extraction.
• After work, vacuum or blow out the honeycomb from below with compressed air and remove burnt residues.
• Strong magnets can be used to hold thin materials, but never place magnets in the path of the laser beam itself.
