A clogged nozzle does not necessarily mean it needs to be replaced immediately. CNC Kitchen Nozzle Cleaning Wires is a set of 12 wires in 11 diameters that help mechanically loosen filament residue from an FDM 3D printer nozzle. Two 0.35 mm diameter wires are intended for nozzles with a 0.4 mm opening.

Wires for Different Nozzle Diameters

The set includes thin cleaning wires from 0.15 to 1.2 mm. They are made of high-strength piano wire, have a black oxide finish and blunt ends. The set was developed by CNC Kitchen in cooperation with REPKORD.COM.
