What is the difference between PEI, PEO, and PET sheets?
\nPEI surface. Characteristics: PEI is a high-performance, heat-resistant polymer known for its excellent mechanical properties and chemical resistance. It has a smooth surface that promotes good adhesion and is often used as a build surface for various filaments. Common use: PEI is commonly used for printing materials such as PLA, PLA-CF, PETG, PC, ABS, TPU, Nylon, and others. It provides a surface with strong adhesion and is durable.

PEO surface. Characteristics: PEO is a water-soluble polymer known for its ability to dissolve in water, making it suitable as a support material that can be easily removed by immersing the printed object in water. Common use: PEO is often used as a support material for dual extrusion 3D printing. It dissolves in water, leaving the primary printed material intact. It is usually not used as the main build plate material.

PET surface. PET (polyethylene terephthalate): Characteristics: PET is a common thermoplastic polymer known for its transparency, strength, and flexibility. In the context of 3D printing, it is often used as a base material for build surfaces or as a film applied to build plates. Common use: PET is used for its smooth surface and good adhesion. It is commonly found as a thin film on build plates, providing a suitable surface for 3D printing.
