Bambu Lab TPU 90A Quicksilver is a flexible and exceptionally durable filament in a silver shade. The Shore 90A hardness offers an ideal balance between elasticity and dimensional stability for printing soles, seals, protective elements, RC model tires, and impact-absorbing parts.
We process and ship orders immediately during the business day.
Bambu Lab TPU 90A Quicksilver is a flexible thermoplastic polyurethane that combines high elasticity, good structural strength, and excellent wear resistance. Thanks to its Shore 90A hardness, it is softer and more pliable than standard TPU 95A, while still retaining sufficient dimensional stability for practical and mechanically stressed parts.
The elegant silver shade Quicksilver gives prints a modern technical appearance. It is therefore suitable not only for functional components, but also for design accessories, wearable products, and flexible decorative models.
The material excels in its ability to absorb impacts, vibrations, and repeated bending. Elongation at break exceeding 650 % makes it possible to create highly flexible parts that return to their original shape after deformation. Good abrasion resistance extends the service life of components exposed to friction and frequent use.
TPU 90A is suitable, for example, for:
The filament is compatible with Bambu Lab X, P, and A series printers as well as supported H2 series models. Nozzles with a diameter of 0,4, 0,6, or 0,8 mm can be used for printing. The material is supplied on a reusable high-temperature spool, which is also suitable for repeated filament drying.
On compatible dual-nozzle printers, TPU 90A can be combined with Bambu Lab PLA or PETG materials to create models combining rigid and flexible parts.
TPU is a hygroscopic material, so it must be thoroughly dried before use. The manufacturer recommends drying at 70 °C for 8 hours and then storing it in a sealed environment with relative humidity below 20 %. Dry filament helps reduce bubbles, irregular extrusion, stringing, and reduced surface quality.
Standard AMS, AMS Lite, and AMS 2 Pro systems are not supported. Use with AMS HT is possible when following the prescribed feeding method for flexible material. For the best results, we recommend using the prepared Bambu Lab TPU 90A profile in Bambu Studio and guiding the filament along the shortest and smoothest possible path to the extruder.
