    The textured PEI surface ensures excellent first layer adhesion for a wide range of materials (PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, etc.) and gives prints a matte, uniform finish on the bottom side. The flexible steel base allows for easy removal of prints by simply bending the plate after cooling. The plate is precisely tailored to the dimensions and magnetic clamping of the Bambu Lab H2C heatbed and serves as an official OEM spare part or a second print plate for quick swapping between prints.

    Material and Surface

    The base of the plate consists of a flexible steel plate with double-sided magnetic compatibility with the Bambu Lab H2C heated bed. The top working layer consists of a durable PEI surface with a textured structure, which:

    • increases first layer adhesion without the need for glues for most materials,
    • creates a satin matte, uniform look on the bottom layer of prints,
    • is suitable for the high temperatures that the H2C standardly uses for technical plastics.

    Recommended Use

    The textured PEI plate is recommended especially for:

    • PLA and PLA-mods – very easy print start, reliable adhesion.
    • PETG / PETG-HF – a good compromise between adhesion and the ability to remove after cooling.
    • ABS / ASA – in combination with the H2C enclosed chamber and heated bed.

    For very "sticky" filaments (e.g., some PETG blends), it may be appropriate to slightly lower the bed temperature or use a separation layer according to the filament manufacturer's recommendations.
