• Removing the print After printing, let the bed cool down at least partially. Then remove the plate from the printer and gently bend it – the model usually releases itself. Alternatively, you can help with a plastic scraper.

Maintenance and cleaning

To maintain stable adhesion of the first layer, it is important to clean the print plate regularly:

• Routine cleaning Use lukewarm water with a small amount of dish soap, wash the surface with a soft sponge or cloth, rinse with clean water, and dry with a lint-free paper or cloth.
• Degreasing If adhesion deteriorates, use isopropyl alcohol (IPA 90–99 %) applied to a soft cloth. Regular degreasing removes residual grease and fingerprints.
• What to avoid Do not use acetone or other aggressive organic solvents, which can damage the PEI surface over time. Do not use metal scrapers or sharp tools that could scratch the surface.
