Bambu Lab H2D TPU High-Flow Kit is a special kit designed for users of Bambu Lab H2D and H2D Pro printers who regularly print flexible models. The optimized hotend design with an extended melt zone reduces extrusion resistance and ensures smoother passage of soft filament.
The result is higher volumetric flow, more stable extrusion, and shorter printing time. When using TPU 90A, the kit can achieve up to 100 % higher flow and reduce printing time by approximately 30 %, depending on the model and settings.

The kit is suitable, for example, for producing flexible covers, seals, dampers, protective elements, footwear, and functional technical components.
The hotends are tuned for Bambu Lab TPU filaments, especially TPU 85A, TPU 90A, and TPU 95A HF. Compatible TPU from other manufacturers can also be used, but it must always be a material suitable for this specialized hotend.

The TPU High-Flow Kit is designed for quick installation. Installation involves removing the front cover, removing the filament cutter, and inserting the appropriate TPU High-Flow hotend. The hotend must be installed exclusively in the right print head.
