Use and Benefits

The hotend cooling fan is a critical component of the A2L cooling system:

• ensures a constant hotend temperature, so the filament does not start softening too high in the heatbreak,

Installation

• Before replacement, turn off the printer and disconnect from power.

• Unscrew the original hotend fan, disconnect the connector, and install the new piece in the correct orientation (airflow direction according to the arrow on the fan body, if marked).
• Reconnect the connector, check the seating of the wiring and the cover.
• After turning on the printer, perform a short test – heat up the hotend and check the fan operation.
