Replaceable dual-brush nozzle cleaning module (nozzle wiper / nozzle wiping assembly) for Bambu Lab X1 Series and P1 Series printers. This part is designed to effectively remove oozing filament from the nozzle during the cleaning sequence and before first-layer calibration. Compared to the basic single-element wiper, the dual brush (dual-brush) offers significantly more thorough nozzle cleaning – it helps reduce filament residue on the side of the nozzle, which can cause an imperfect first layer or unwanted blobs on the model surface.

Usage and recommendations

• Recommended to replace if:
  • the original wiper is mechanically damaged or deformed,

  • blobs frequently occur in the first layer or at the start of the print.
• After installation:
  • check in Bambu Studio / slicer that the cleaning sequence takes place at the rear of the plate without hitting other parts,
  • monitor the first few prints – especially cleaning behavior with different materials (PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU, etc.).
