    Alternative hardened Hotend 0,4 mm is a fully compatible replacement for the original Bambu Hotend for H2D/H2S/P2S. Thanks to the optimized melt zone and hardened steel nozzle, it is ready for high-speed printing with high volumetric flow while resisting highly abrasive filaments such as PLA/PETG-CF, PA-CF, glass fibers or glow-in-the-dark.     Usage and Tips

    • Ideal for:
      • high-speed printing of large objects (sculptures, covers, parts with high infill),
      • functional and technical parts from ABS/ASA/PC,
      • printing abrasive filaments (CF/GF, metal, glow), where standard brass nozzles wear out quickly.
    • For maximum benefit:
      • use a higher volumetric limit in the slicer settings (Bambu Studio/OrcaSlicer),
      • check recommended speeds and temperatures for the specific filament,
      • after hotend replacement, perform calibrations (flow, pressure advance, or input shaping according to printer capabilities).
    When handling the hotend, always prioritize safety – turn off the printer and wait for the hotend to cool down before disassembly / assembly.

    Filament Compatibility

    Thanks to the hardened steel and construction, the hotend is suitable for a wide range of materials (always considering the limits of the specific H2/P2S printer):
    • Common materials: PLA, PLA Matte, PLA Silk, PLA Gradient, PETG, PETG HF, ABS, ASA.
    • Technical materials: PC, PC FR, PA/PET (within H2/P2S limits), special support materials.
    • Composites and abrasives: PLA/PETG-CF, ASA/PA-CF (as recommended – some combinations have limitations for smaller diameters in official tables, but hardened steel significantly reduces wear), PLA Metal, PLA Marble, glow-in-the-dark.
    To minimize the risk of nozzle clogging with highly filled filaments, it is recommended to:
    • follow the recommended speed range and temperatures,
    • ensure high-quality drying of hygroscopic materials (PA, PET-CF, etc.),
    • regularly perform cleaning prints (e.g., with cleaning filament or PETG).
