Reliable Filament Feeding for Bambu Lab Printers
The
3dacc extruder feed gear assembly is designed as a replacement part for
Bambu Lab X1 and P1 Series 3D printers. It contains a drive gear and a driven gear that work together to grip the filament and move it toward the hotend.
The precise operation of the feeding mechanism helps maintain a consistent material flow. The assembly is suitable when the original gears are worn, the filament is slipping, or irregular extrusion occurs.

When to Replace the Assembly
Replacing the gears is particularly recommended if the following occurs during printing:
- irregular or insufficient extrusion,

Compatibility
The assembly is designed for
Bambu Lab X1 Series and P1 Series printers, including common models
X1, X1 Carbon, X1E, P1P and P1S. It is not intended for A1 Series printers, which use a different extruder mechanism.
Installation
Installation requires disassembling the extruder and properly seating the feeding gears and bearings. Before installation, turn off the printer and disconnect it from the power supply. After replacement, check the free movement of the mechanism and the correct filament path. We recommend installation for users with experience in basic printhead servicing.
