    Why buy from us

Revopoint INSPIRE 2: 3D scanner for digitizing real-world objects

Convert physical objects into digital form for further modeling, part design, or 3D printing preparation. Revopoint INSPIRE 2 – Standard Version combines infrared structured light and 11 parallel infrared laser lines. With two modes, you can adapt scanning to the shape and surface of the object. (revopoint3d.com)

    Two modes for different surfaces

    • Structured light is useful when scanning objects with complex shapes. Objects with enough recognizable geometric features do not require tracking markers.
    • Infrared multi-line laser makes it easier to capture dark, metallic, and minimally detailed surfaces. This mode requires tracking markers.
A scanning spray is recommended for transparent and mirror-glossy objects. Not every problematic surface can be reliably captured without preparation. (revopoint3d.com)

Accuracy of up to 0.05 mm and fast scanning

The scanner achieves single-frame accuracy of up to 0.05 mm and precision, meaning measurement repeatability, of up to 0.03 mm. The finest point distance after merging is 0.1 mm. In structured light mode, it operates at up to 18 frames/s; laser mode reaches up to 90 frames/s with GPU acceleration or up to 40 frames/s when processed using the CPU. Actual results depend on the conditions, the object, and the computer used. (download.revopoint3d.com)

    Lightweight handheld and desktop scanner

The INSPIRE 2 itself weighs 190 g and measures 53 × 27 × 132 mm. It supports handheld and desktop scanning, allowing you to move the scanner around the object or use a tripod and turntable. Connectivity is provided by USB-C and Wi-Fi 6; the scanner requires an external 5 V / 1 A power supply. (download.revopoint3d.com)

Color models and export for further work

INSPIRE 2 supports color scanning and export to STL, OBJ, PLY, ASC, 3MF, GLTF, and FBX formats. You can therefore transfer the data to subsequent modeling or printing software. Revo Metro, for example, is available for computer-based scanning and processing. Direct mobile scanning has limitations: multi-line laser mode is not supported by the Revo Scan mobile app. (download.revopoint3d.com)
