    The support scope is the same. Choose how long you want access.

    Support runs from activation for the full purchased period. It cannot be paused.

    What we can help with

    The first layer will not stick
    Bed adhesion, calibration, and first-layer settings.
    The print does not look right
    Gaps in layers, stringing between parts, or warped prints. We will check the material and slicer settings.
    You are not sure what to set
    Temperatures, speed, supports, or a new material. Tell us what you are printing and on which printer.
