Key Features

1. Speed: K1 Max can reach speeds of up to 600 mm/s, which is much faster than the standard 3D printer speed of 50 mm/s. This speed can be achieved in laboratory conditions in Surface Mode with a layer height of 0.1 mm. Typical speed is 300 mm/s and travel speed is 800 mm/s. Thanks to this speed, K1 Max can be as productive as several 3D printers combined.
2. Agile configuration: K1 Max combines an agile Core XY with a lightweight print head (190 g) for less movement inertia. It has a maximum flow rate of 32 mm³/s, a new ceramic heater that heats up to 200°C in 40 seconds, a dual-gear extruder and a hotend with titanium alloy and a hardened steel nozzle.
3. Cooling system: The printer uses a large fan on the print head with air ducts for direct cooling of the model. Additionally, an 18W auxiliary fan in the print chamber increases the cooling effect. This cooling setup helps solidify the model before hardening and warping occur, allowing for bridges and overhangs without support.
4. Print volume: The printer has a large print volume of 300x300x300 mm, making it suitable for rapid prototyping or design verification. It also has a high print volume to printer size ratio of 25.5%.
5. AI-supported functions: K1 Max has AI LiDAR, which takes care of the first layer and stops the print and alerts you if something goes wrong.
